1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Booking and Appointments
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
4. Warranty
We offer a 12-month/12,000km warranty on parts and labour. Warranty does not cover wear and tear or misuse.
5. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and disclose any known issues. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
